Nicole Lopez has called Houston home since 1996 and joined the real estate industry in 2010, continuing a family legacy that began with her grandmother in the 1970s. Over the past 14 years, Nicole has achieved over $150 million in residential sales, focusing on empowering Houstonians to build generational wealth.

Her high-tech marketing and innovative strategies have earned her recognition, including being named one of the Top 20 Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors®, a RIS Media Newsmaker, and the Inman Innovator of the Year. A dedicated advocate, Nicole serves as a Director with the Texas Association of Realtors® and is the incoming Chairman for the Texas Realtors Political Action Committee®. She is also a graduate of the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and the Commitment to Excellence Program (C2EX).

Nicole’s extensive experience includes real estate coaching, management, public speaking, and luxury production. She combines her expertise with that of her team of ambitious agents at Corcoran Genesis, who share her dedication to integrity and providing first-class service. Together, they focus on helping people make smart real estate investments while carefully monitoring performance metrics to ensure progress and success in every transaction.

In her free time, Nicole curates her collection of exotic plants and enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Heath, their three children—Alyssa, Noah, and Luke—and their pets, Moose and Milo. An active volunteer, she is committed to making a difference in her clients' lives and in her community.
